The rooms were beautifully designed, comfortable, and equipped with amenities like AC and TVs, plus the staff was friendly, and the location was great with easy access to various eateries and the old quarter center.

Enjoyed Hanoi, the hotel was nice and amazing smack in the middle of old quarter. I booked suite overlooking city. A bidet was good and everything was perfect. The location was fab, stuff where attentive! Had some takeaway meals at Bun Cha Ta, set minutes from the venue, I couldn't resist.

What a great and magnificent location in the heart of center in old quarter! Close to all really good restraunts and beer street and all tourist attractions.

I had a great stay at Center Silk Charming Hotel & Travel! The location was perfect, right in the heart of the old quarter with plenty of good restaurants nearby. The staff, especially Mr. Jay, were incredibly nice, kind, and helpful, providing excellent service. Despite some initial noise from nearby clubs, I quickly got used to it. The room, although a bit small for three people, was comfortable enough. I highly recommend this hotel for its location and friendly staff.
